Pricing

Projects are usually assessed individually and are based upon the project type. Written pricing proposals will be provided for each project.

If you have a special project or a service not listed below, please contact us for pricing. Our hourly fee is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour depending upon the project requirements.

Typing Reports and Manuals

Get us your Documents in any format (email, fax, hand written) and we will create an appropriate typed document for you. If your document is already typed and simply needs to be proofed or formatted we can take care of that for you as well. Note: Default format is Microsoft Word. If document needs to be printed additional charges may apply.

Minimum list price of $15.00 for up to 5 pages. Additional Pages are $2.50 each for single space standard margin. Additional pages for double space standard margin is $2.00 each.

Power Point Presentations

Let us create the presentation that will keep your audiences' attention. Minimum list price of $35.00 for up to 5 slides. Additional slides are $3.00 each. Additional fees may apply if sound and actions are requested. We can also create a template using your logo or background. We can take an existing presentation and add actions and sound pricing will depend upon request.

Spreadsheet Solutions in Microsoft Excel / Pivot Tables / Graphs

Creating a basic spreadsheet with formulas $17.00 per hour

Formatting and correcting formulas in existing spreadsheets $18.50 per hour

Let us organize your data in a spreadsheet, create a pivot table to automatically extract, organize and summarize your data. You can use these reports to analyze the data, make comparisons, detect patterns and relationships, and discover trends. $25.00 per hour

Flow Charting

Using Microsoft Visio we can create a website site map, flowchart your work processes or organizational structure and more. $15.00 per hour

Data Entry

We can enter data into any Microsoft Office Software application including Excel and Access at $15.00 per hour. Discounts may apply to routine data entry projects. We can also use remote access to enter any data.

Resume Writing

We provide resume Editing to correct spelling and grammar, tighten up wording, as well as do some light reformatting. $3.00 per page

Resume Creation: We will take the information from your current resume, or from our resumes questionnaire and

create a whole new resume along with a cover sheet if desired. Starting at $25.00

Website Testing

We provide testing for website developers to test the functions, links, spell and grammar check as well as provide feedback from a users view for the friendliness of the site.

We provide screen shots and detailed reports. $15.00 per hour.

Let us handle your special projects and avoid becoming bogged down. We can provide ongoing support for day to day routine operations, or one time special projects helping you meet deadlines and become more efficient. Pricing is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour depending upon the project requirements.

Retainer for Support Plans

Try our "Getting To Know You" introduction plan that provides you a virtual assistant for one week at a lower rate giving both of you and your VA an opportunity to get to know each and you VA to learn your business. This will give you an opportunity to discover if having a virtual administrator is right for your business and if so, how many hours per month you would need.
